The International Justice Analysis Forum (hereafter IJAF) is the owner and administrator of this Site. IJAF grants to visit the IJAF web site (Site) to users, and to download and copy information from all free parts of the Site. ‘Free parts’ are all sections of the Site which can be accessed without any restriction (special log in). For all restricted sections of the IJAF site the special conditions stipulated or agreed by legal contracts, and additional Special Disclaimers are binding.

For all parts of the IJAF web site, users have no right to resell or redistribute Site-content or to compile or create derivative works there from, unless otherwise agreed in contracts. Special terms and conditions and more specific restrictions in regard to data bases and other materials will be outlined separately.

Opinions, findings, interpretations and conclusions presented on this Site are those of IJAF and those working with IJAF unless explained otherwise.

IJAF reserves the exclusive right in the sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect. The Host shall have no obligation to take the needs of any user into consideration in connection therewith, unless otherwise agreed in individual contracts. IJAF reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof or the publication of users’ comments without notice.

IJAF prepared and reviewed the content of this web site with utmost care. However, IJAF cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy or completeness of Site-content, and that it is up-to-date.  No liability claims against the IJAF are accepted and ruled out in respect to any material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the Site-information or conclusions derived from this information or by inaccurate or incomplete Site-information.

All information, services and materials provided on the IJAF-Site are provided “as is”. No warranty of any kind is given, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. IJAF specifically does not make any warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any such Materials.

IJAF changes or updates the Materials on this Site without notice. The use of this Site is at the user’s sole risk. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall IJAF or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if the IJAF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The User specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Host is not liable for any conduct of any user.

Data Protection Statement

The collection of data for anonymous users (free access areas of the IJAF-Site) refers only to users’ Internet providers, websites from which users access the IJAF-Site, and pages users visit on that Site.

For restricted sections of the IJAF-Site personal data are collected in agreement with the user. These personal data refer usually to a user name and an email address. For some data base applications in addition the date and time of usage of the data base might be monitored to avoid misuse of terms of conditions.

None of the data collected will be exported neither within nor outside the EEA, nor provided to any other person or institution. Stored data will be deleted after contracts or agreements expire.
